In chapter 4 of the Resident Evil 4 remake you’ve likely made your way across the lake. Here you’ll later find your way to a cave shrine which requires two stone heads. The Apostate’s and the Blasphemer’s stone heads. Each of them require you to solve a puzzle to acquire the statues seen here.
