Recently we’ve gotten confirmation that The Eminence in Shadow S2 is set for a fall 2023 release. Although unlike the last season, its speculated that this one will only have a total of 12-13 episodes. Whether this ends up changing or not is yet to be seen. The Eminence in Shadow was a new hit show this last fall of 2022. An Isekai anime following our mc Cid Kagenou, who unlike most who dream to be the known hero of the world; Instead he wanted to be the mastermind pulling all the strings behind the shadows.
What to expect next season?
From the teaser trailer that was released we can expect to see the introduction of vampires and the underworld. In the later half of the season during the God of War tournament we get a small reference to the lawless city, which we’ll be visiting here next season.

If you haven’t seen the eminence in shadow yet, you can do so through HIDIVE with a total of 20 episodes. Also the english dub’s getting close to finishing the first season with only its last 5 episodes left to dub.
